	So, you are finally visiting Cairo. Great! We're the newest hostel in Downtown! We are the perfect place for people of all kinds, from all places. You can be assured of a peaceful stay in a homely atmosphere, which has recently been opened and decorated to a very high standard. Our Hostel is beautifully located with splendid view over the river Nile. Within 200 meter away from the Egyptian museum and very close to all public transport services, which makes it easy for sight seeing in and around Cairo. Just few steps to shopping and restaurants area. Our talented friendly staff will help you with all your inquires and will provide all information about Egypt you might need. We also will offer you a free map to Cairo.

	Most of our rooms have panoramic view of Tahrir square, river Nile and the old city of Cairo. There is a kitchen for our guests, common room, with satellite TV and internet access. Please enjoy our friendly atmosphere, great service and hospitality. Breakfast is included (Egyptian & Continental) and our staff will exert each and every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. All of our rooms have air conditioning, excluding our dorm room.

Location & Transportation

Being in downtown, Wake Up! Cairo Hostel is very close to many places to eat. For Western Food, we have a McDonald's, KFC, Hardees and Pizza Hut all within a 5 minute walk from the Hostel. There are several good Egyptian fast food restaurants within 5 minutes as well, like Abu Tarek , Felfela Restaurant and El Quazaz. After a hard day of exploring you may not want to walk around, that is okay because everyone delivers in Cairo nowadays, just talk to the front desk. If you have a sweet tooth, you are in luck because the Canadian Hostel is located directly above Crystal Bakery.

Each room in Wake Up! Cairo Hostel has a different design and different theme , comfortable beds. All of our rooms have air-conditioning, excluding the Dorm room. All of our rooms are Non-Smoking (burning of incense is also not permitted). There is a designated smoking area near our computer area. Food is not permitted in the rooms. If you have food, please eat it in the common room or smoking area, and store it in the refrigerator.

Payment Information

	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) Payment must always be paid upon check-in for all nights that you have booked. Check out time is 12 pm. We receive Hostel bookings through the internet everyday, as well as walk-ins. Our Goal is to make sure that every guest has a room available for their requested stay. If you are not sure of the number of nights you want to stay here, pay 24 hours in advance of each night to keep your room. Note that if you only reserve 24 hours in advance, the room will become open to availability after that 24 hours. If no advance payment has been received, we will be open to accept new reservations and your room may no longer be available to you. Payment is only accepted in cash. We accept the following currencies: Egyptian Pounds, Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, Euros or English Pounds. If you have a different form of currency please check with the front desk to see if we can accept it. If we cannot accept your form of currency there are many Bank Machines next to the hostel where you can get money in Egyptian Pounds.
