Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA
Located just next to Taman Universiti and before the UTHM is the Kolej Kemahiran Tinggi MARA (KKTM). It is a college which offers diploma level cources in construction fields.
Dining Areas
Located near the entrance, alongside the main road (jalan Kluang), there are several restaurants which serve nice food. One of them is Al-Azhar corner which opened 24/7.
