Overview

	Overlooking orchards and Vineyards, we are located in the heart of the unspoiled Silver Coast region of Portugal.
	Attractions include: The medieval walled village of Obidos
	The beautiful Lagoon at Foz Do Arelho
	Daily and weekly markets

Location & Transportation

Broeiras is a rural location and is surrounded by and overlooks orchards and vineyards which can be walked through all year round.
Directions	From the A8 take the A15 junction towards Rio Maior and Santarem. Exit the A15 at Junction 2 for Gaeiras/Cercal and take the third exit at the roundabout to Cercal. Drive 7km to Salgueirinha and turn right to V V Matos. Drive 3km to Broeiras and through village. If you see a sign that says 'Fregusia Da Carvalhal, you have gone 200 metres too far. Turn round and we are on your right, turn by the Broeiras sign onto a rough track and The Vineyard Retreat is a yellow house, Number 13.

	Available Discounts: 7 nights for 200 or 275 euros out of season.
	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by The Vineyard Retreat.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
	Credit cards: Not accepted on location
	Cancellation policy: (not applicable to online confirmation payments) 25% deposit on booking, balance in cash upon arrival. You can cancel within 24 hours of your stay, but you lose your deposit.
