Guest house “Sunny”is situated in the most picturesque place of Lake Baikal – on Olkhon Island. Olkhon Island is the geographic, historic and sacred center of Lake Baikal – it’s center of the ancient legends and tales. This is the best place for the fans of nature and photographs – a real nature reserve of amazing landscapes and magnificent views.

We would like to offer rooms with individual entrance and houses for 2, 3 or 4 persons each. All houses and rooms have a chemical or compost toilet and place to wash. Our houses are made from Siberian pine wood, that is why the room air smells fine and resembles conifer and its needles.
When the weather is cold the rooms and houses are kept warm with firewood heating. There are wash-stands in the rooms and in the open air. We also offer using a ‘banya’(water for washing is always kept hot) and summer shower with separated wash cabins.

We try to do our best to feed our guests with homelike tasty dishes, and judging by the references we are quiet successful! We offer meat, dairy and fish dishes, vegetables and fruits. There are always fresh milk, sour cream and curds for you and your children.
Our cooks know a lot of unique receipes to cook omul and white fish. You should taste our baked fish pudding and a fish pie, they taste really great!
