Lodge & Backpacker Rosebank is Part of The Lodge & Backpacker Group, Accoustix Lodge and Backpacker and Sleek Travel have been in existence for 8 yrs, though our experience we have now created this flagship Lodge. With it's super friendly 24 hour staff and a seriously laid back attitude to life, you'll feel welcome and chilled in Rosebank. Come late afternoon you can join other travellers at the common bar for a drink or a game of pool/snooker. There's the pool to hang out by, or why not just stretch out under the lodge's lapa and braai your dinner, you will find just about everything you'd need here from, a tour and travel desk to an outdoor terrace to soak up the rays from. Novels can be borrowed, a communal kitchen is open to all, WIFI and internet access will allow guest to hook up and laundry facilities are on hand - for all those folk who have just come off of safari (or tried their hand at soccer - in the spirit of FIFA)!

Rosebank is a great area to stay in, it is situated in a upmarket suburb of JHB next to Sandton and is the place to go to for a true South African alternative shopping and entertainment experience. Hosting the famous Rosebank Craft market weekly and there African Curio Market daily.
The is the art Nuvaux Theatre, Cinemas, Galleries, Shopping Centres, bars and Clubs all within walking distance of the Lodge.

Rooms/dorms are clean, basic and pretty quiet. Fresh linen is provided, floors are tiled or have parke wooden floorboards, private rooms have designer bathrooms and all beds have plush duvets for added warmth.
