ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is on the 4th floor WITH ELEVATOR.
Perfect location for travelers, for whom need a house with an excellent locomotion, for students.

This cozy apartment of 90m2 is ideal for 2-6 people and it has everything you need to feel like at home and enjoy your comfort during your stay in Barcelona.
Three Bedrooms:
One master bedroom with a double bed (queen size) and a single,
one double room with two single beds that can be pushed together as a double and the individual one with a single bed.
Máximun 6 persons.
-2 Bathrooms
-Full Kitchen
-There is WIFI connection and A/C
-In the winter radiators keep it fully heated.
-Children and families are welcome!!!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD/LOCATION:
Our apartament is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona: the Eixample near the downtown.
The Eixample is located at the center of the city and from a few distance of many insteresting buildings, museums, attractions,parks, boutiques and the main boulevards (Passeig de Gracia, Plaza España, Gran Via, Diagonal).
To 15 minutes of Plaza España and the Magic Fountain

LOCOMOTION:
-trains (300 m) Direct to the airport, the Pirineos and all the beaches of the catalan coast.
-Two lines of meter to steps: L5 (blue, stop Entença) y L3 (green, stop Sants) 6 minutes to the Pza. Catalunya y Las Ramblas, 5 minutes to the Camp Nou.
-Several buses and the Tourist Bus to less than 100 m
-Night buses.
Travelling in 10 minutes al Parque Joan Miró y a Plaza España, the Magic source, the Museo de Bellas Artes, el Pueblo Español and all the Montjuic.
Several supermarkets, restaurants, differents trades and places of leisure very near of the apartment (50 meters).
-Cleaning fee €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
