| On the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. Coniston lake is a ten minute drive away. | | Directions | From the M6, take junction 36 and follow the A590 to Ulverston. On entering Ulverston, at the main roundabout (not the Booths roundabout) take the second exit, following signs to “TOWN CENTRE”. This is a one-way system which you follow around the town, along Brewery Street, Fountain Street, left at the mini-roundabout on to King Street and straight on to Queen Street.
