 | We offer 3 rooms to our guests. One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm), located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, big sofa, fridge and a cable TV. The room is very cozy, comfortable and perfect for two people. There is however enough room for 3 (1 extra bed available). | | The second room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is smaller but very bright and welcoming.
The third room, is spacious, big window and very nice balcony (looking into the main street). Nice and cozy decorated, with a fridge, tv and desk. The bathroom with WC and bath is shared with the hosts. A washing machine is available for use in the cellar. Guests are welcome to use the comfortable living room which is equipped with a TV and the garden verandah. Free Internet access is available for guests' convenience | | Your host speak: English, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, French and Africaans for your convenience.
We have 2 lovely dogs: Obelix and Terry. Big and sweet dogs. |

| We are located in the Southeast of Munich, near the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 30 min away and can be reached with very convenient means of public transport. The nearest airport is the Munich Franz Josef-Strauss International airport that is located approximately an hour away by public transport and half an hour by car. The mountains, lakesides and parks in and around Munich are easily accessible from here. | | Directions | By public transport: Take the S8 to the city centre. and get off at the " Munich east (Ostbahnhof)" station. From here, take the S4 towards "Ebersberg/Grafing" and get off at "Trudering Bahnhof" station. From here, take Bus No.194 towards Nauestrasse and get off at the "Feldberg strasse" stop. | | Transportation | Bus: 192 till Subway/train Station.
