 | More than a bed and breakfast, a cordial welcome too.
If you love gardens and tranquillity, but for any reason you visit Naples ... this is the place to be! | | In the front of the house you find the throbbing of city life, with typical restaurants, shops, bars and pizza restaurants. In the back you find birds singing, tranquillity and relax in a eighteenth century private garden closed by walls and surrounded by other gardens. | | In a typical 18th century building, on the first floor, we have three rooms with their own bathroom; on the mezzanine floor you find our breakfast area with access to our secret garden.
Central railway station, metro, museums, ancient roman decumans and Neapolitan marvels are only few minutes away walking. Besides, bus stop is in front of our building. | | Our concept of hospitality is to let you feel in a family, at home; but, if you prefer so, your privacy will be respected.
Our main goal is to make your staying the cosiest possible. We know our city and its usages and customs; we will be happy to assist you in enjoying Naples at its best.
We currently speak English (as well as French and Dutch) and we love cultural contacts. |

Naples has over 25 century of historical starring role. Many are the things to see and all are at walking distance from our B&B, just to mention some:
Major Churches: Cathedral-Duomo, Church of Santa Chiara, San Lorenzo Maggiore, San Gregorio Armeno (Neapolitan Baroque art), Gesù Nuovo, ...
Major Museums: National Archeological Museum (most important archeological museum in Europe exposing sculptures and other objects found in the digs at Pompeii and Herculaneum), Capodimonte Museum and Gallery (includes masterpiecs of Michelangelo, Tiziano, El Greco, Raffaello and Botticelli, ...), San Martino, Royal Palace Museum, ...
Special places: The Royal Palace and Gardens, Reggia di Capodimonte, Castle Maschio Angiolino, Castle dell'Ovo, Castle Sant'Elmo, SpaccaNapoli (the road that split Naples), museo villa Floridiana, Quartieri spagnoli (spanish quartiers), Via San Gregorio Armeno

Island of Capri, island of Ischia, Peninsula Sorrentina (Sorrento, Positano, Ravello), Pompei and Hercolaneum, Royal Palace of Caserta, ... | | Directions | We are in Napoli in via Foria 216, in front of the "Real Orto Botanico" (Royal Botanical Gardens). Intercom number 1008 or 1009 (remember to press "C" key). | | Transportation | You can reach us by train, if you are at the Central Railway Station, you can take a public bus (either nr. 201 and 254 direction "piazza Carlo III°" that stop at "Orto Botanico" or busses 35, 148 and 14 to stop at piazza Carlo III°). Taxis are in the taxi area in "piazza Garibaldi".
By plane, take a public bus nr. 3S to reach "piazza Carlo III" from the airport. From there you can walk (300 meters) or take a bus 201 direction "Orto Botanico" that stops directly in front of our building.
By car, arriving from motorways, take the "Tangenziale" speedway and exit at "Doganella". From there, follow the road to the first traffic light and turn right in "via don Bosco". At the end of that street (2-3 kilometres) you get in piazza Carlo III; keep going to via Foria driving first along the "Albergo dei Poveri" (colossal building erected by king Carlo III of Bourbon) and then along the Royal Botanic Gardens where you can park your car.
By boat at "molo Beverello" (ferries to islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida, ...) take in "piazza Municipio" a public bus nr. 201 direction "Museo Archeologico" to the "Orto Botanico".
Besides, Metro station is not far away from our Bed & Breakfast (5 minutes walking); Metro lines 1 and 2 stop at "piazza Cavour". Otherwise, in piazza Cavour, by public transportation our house is easily reached by busses nr. 47, 182 o 201 in direction of "Orto Botanico". Tickets are available at any newspaper shop or tobacconists. | | Airport | NAP Capodichino (2 Km) |
