Overview

Boutique hotel Man-tess is ideally located in the heart of Riga's old town, just walking distance away from the most important sites of the city! This 18th century mansion was owned by Christoph Haberland - the famous architect of Riga. There are 11 rooms in the hotel: 5 doubles (~30 m²), 3 twins (~22 m²), 1 single (~17 m²) and 2 suites (dark suite(~42 m²) and light suite (~38 m²). All of the rooms have their own en-suite bathroom (with bath or shower), TV-set, telephone, minibar, writing desk and free wireless internet. The rooms are large enough to accommodate an extra bed and childs cot. Dark suite room is furnished with antique wooden furniture, maintaining the period feel to the hotel while the other rooms feature a more modern layout. Our guests will love the view from their rooms, looking out over the rooftops and towers of Old Riga. Parrots and goldfish complement the lobby's decor.

Directions	Travel information: By Car: From Estonia and Lithuania (Panevezys) - road E 67, from Russia and Lithuania (Shauliai) – E 77, from Belorussia – E 22. By Plane: From the airport take a taxi directly to the hotel or bus Nr.22 to Riga Central Station. Get off at the stop outside “Stockmann” (large shopping centre). From there head towards Old Town, to Valnu Street and continue straight on until the Teatra Street crossing. Turn left and you will see a sign for the hotel. By Ferry: The ferry terminal is located in 1,5 km distance from the Old Town. You should take tram number 5, 7 or 9 to the city centre (tram station name is "Nacionala Opera").

The suites are very specious with unique furnishings. Double, twin and single rooms have a rather modern layout. The spacious double rooms and suites are ideally suited to accommodate needs of families with children or small groups. Economy double room (17 m², one double bed) is suited to accommodate needs of solo travelers or couples (2 persons max. in the room). All rooms have view of the rooftops and towers of Old Riga.
