Stefan Cel Mare, close to Mon Cafe. Buses stop right in front of the building and parking possibility is behind in yard, secured parking at 200m. The apartment is located at the back side of the building, so no noise from street.
	It is 50m² large, offers a large bedroom with double bed and make-up area, a cozy open space living area with integration of hall. The sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 4 persons can sleep if necessary. A writing table gives the possibility for laptop use/writing necessity. A double entrance door offers security and isolation. The main entrance door is with a code.
	The following equipment/comfort is present: air conditioning, satellite TV with DVD and VCR, music radio-CD-cassette, phone with integrated internet connection, a wash/dry combination, a hairdryer, an iron with board, drying support for clothes, electrical water kettle, toaster, bath and bed linen, plates and most kitchen necessities, ….. The bathroom has large sink, shower and toilet. The kitchen is not too big but functional, has gas cooking, electric oven, fridge, electric water kettle, black marble table for 4. Living and bedroom have halogen spots with dimmer. Kitchen has halogen lights and working table light.
