All bookings are prepaid and are charged in full with the reservation. Cancellations must be made within three (3) weeks from the first day of the reservation. The cancellation must be transacted directly with the Inn and accepted in writing. During Saratoga Race season cancellations will be accepted only if the room(s) can be re-booked. No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
Arrival after 8 pm must be arranged through phone contact with the innkeepers. |
