Right smack in Singapore's beach area. There is a belt of eateries really close by just seconds away, offering a stretch of the best of local cuisines such as Chinese, Indian, Malay, Peranakan and exotic seafood. Variety is among the widest and prices are also among the lowest you can find on this island.
To town is never easier - we are just 8km to the bustling downtown (Chinatown, Little India and Merlion Park, Orchard Road etc). There is a well-connected public bus system that ferries you to town at incredible low price and without fuss. We are also just 10 min drive from the airport.

From Changi Airport By Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) The MRT Changi Airport station is located at Terminal 2, if you arrived at Terminal 1 please take the Skytrain to Terminal 2 .
From Terminal 2, take East West Line train from Changi Airport station (CG2) to Tanah Merah Station (EW4) (duration: 8 min)
From Tanah Merah Station Exit 2 to Bus station and take bus 12 (Duration :15 min)
Please alight at bus stop (B14) along East Coast Road after Siglap Centre. We are just opposite where you alighted.
By Taxi (Max 4 pax)
Travel along ECP (East Coast Expressway) and exit at Bedok Exit. Turn left at the second traffic lights and travel along East Coast Rd. Slow down at the junction of East Coast Rd & Siglap Rd (you see Siglap Center on your right hand side). Stop at the next bus stop after the junction. Rucksack Inn is located just across the road from the bus-stop.
By Bus
Take bus 36 from Airport Terminal 2 basement.
Alight at the Fifth Stop outside Mandarin Garden along Marine Parade Road.
Walk to Siglap Road Opp the road on the right.
Walk till u reach Siglap Centre and turn left.
Continue downwards to the Hostel after 7-eleven.
By Airport Shuttled Service (Seven-seater MaxiCab)
This service operates from both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, between 9am to 11 pm. Just register at the counters in the arrival halls, and at a cost of $7 for adult and $5 for children, it will bring you to anywhere in the city at 1 cost.

Please ask for direction to Lavender Station, is about 5-10 min walk from various terminal. Take MRT from Lavender Station (EW11) to Bedok Station (EW5) (12min)
From Bedok Station then Exit 1 to Bedok Bus Interchange and take bus 40 (7min)
Please alight at bus stop (B14) along East Coast Road after Siglap Centre. We are just opposite where you alighted.
Tanjong Pagar Train Station
Take Bus no.10 from outside the Train station, alight at bus stop (B13) after ESSO station along East Coast Road.
Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
Take Bus no.35 from outside the ferry terminal to Bedok Bus Interchange.
From Bedok Bus Interchange, take bus 40 (7min)
Please alight at bus stop (B14) along East Coast Road after Siglap Centre. We are just opposite where you alighted.
Harbour Front City Terminal
