The B&B HOSTELMORAND is situated in the residential quarter of Ljubljana called SISKA, rich in smaller and larger parks and near to a forest. Many cafes, restaurants and shops; the nice open market "Koseze" for gastronomes; the appreciated "En"-disco, as well as the "Acapulco" club nearby; and for small budgets, 2 fine Slovenian self-services almost nexdoor.
Within 5' on the free bicycle at your disposal, you arrive at the recreative center of Mostec, in a forest with lake, and prepared for walks, picnics, jogging, marathon and alternative activities.
You walk or ride 800m and you are in the large Tivoli Park - with castle, museum, church, sport palaces, attractions, open air exhibitions and cafes.
The typical village of Sentvid is only a few km far away | | Directions | B&B HOSTELMORAND lays at Sisenska cesta 13. There are six buses from the center and the main railway station. You go direction SISKA and get out at "LPP Garage"; 12'bus, 3'walk, one bus every 2' Taxi costs five euros. Coming by car, you take the direction Kranj, and drive 1,5 km through the very large Celovska cesta. Then ask. You are very near. | | Transportation | Many trains as well as intercity or international buses bring you within 2 hours to the nicest places of Slovenia (Piran, see side; Bled, lake and mountains), or to Italy (Trieste, Venezia) or Croatia (Zagreb). Within 5 hours you are in Hungary, Austria (Wien, Graz), Serbia or Bosnia. The train and bus stations (Zelezniska postaja; autobusna postaja) are put together, at the "Trg Osvobodilne Fronte" | | Airport | The Airport of Ljubljana is called LETALISCE JOZEFA PUCNIKA.
