Our helpful staff will tell you everything you need to know and even do the bookings for you.
Our lapa and bar area with a cosy bonfire will make having a few 'dops' (drinks) an even more pleasant experience. You can play pool, foosball, table tennis or darts and our chill room is for those of you that want to watch movies, play board games or just sit back and read a magazine. If it is a night on the town which you wish for and you have your dancing shoes on, then our Starling Shuttle will gallop you away into the night life of pubs, clubs or divine dining.
Mmm... speaking of which, let us not forget our quest to make your stomachs satisfied. Our lunches comprise of tasty toasted sandwiches - a lunchtime classic! Dinner time means nothing better than a home cooked meal or maybe it will be 'local is lekker' potjie on the open fire. For the vegetarians out there, just let us know and you will have scrumptious veggie meals at your request! 'Bon Appetite' Either way, just write your name on our board and join us for a meal. | | There are private rooms and shared dormitories available so if you need your space - you got it. If you like sharing space, there are always great people to meet! And not to worry - the horses, bunnies and chickens all sleep outside....
Our reception sells Moola Magic cards and Baz Bus tickets for those who are interested. | | We can also save all your memories on CD to make more space on your camera for the rest of your journey, free of charge (just hand us your memory card).

In order to secure your booking a 50% payment is required.
In the event of a premature departure or a later arrival the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
No refunds will be made should you shorten your stay.
Refunds of prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room/s or dorms.
When a group booking is made, the person responsible for the booking is liable for the full contract irrespective of the number of people who arrive to fill the rooms or beds.
Any cancellation 100% of deposits will be forfeited. Cancellation will not be accepted 30 days prior to arrival.
Starling Backpackers has no credit card facilities.
Please refrain from bringing private liquor. |
