"Clean but needs some reparations and lack of staff"

Comments  (English):
The main problem is that there's no reception in the hostel. When we arrived, we had problems to get into the building, there we found a note in the door with a telephone to ring and after that we had to wait for half an hour until somebody came to gave us the keys.
Although everything was very clean the door of our room did not close properly and once we couldn't get into the room having to telephone to the person in charge of the hostel.
