Comments  (English):
Strange handling. For the first time they didn´t want me give any room, then once I asked for refund of my deposit, they agree on the stay and in the end 2 days before my arrival they said that they had accident in my room, so I can´t come. It was really inconvenient and strange that this happened after the complications I had with them. At least they paid my money back.
