It was so much fun and so convenient. Close to the zoo and aquarium and one block from a GREAT boogie-board beach. I am 63 years old and fit right in with the younger people. I roomed with women from France, Sweden and Switzerland. Kitchens had refrigerators and a microwave. Rooms had TV. A very safe environment. Breakfast was available for free or $5 for an omelete. At night a bbq for $5. Terrif! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

one of the best hostels i have stayed in during my 9months travelling. This was partly due to my room mate, we became an instant family, sharing trips, meals, nights out n loads a fun. I guess i was in the right place at the right time. The front desk team were amazingly helpful and friendly at any time of day or night. Excellent internet/wifi provisions. cooll breakfast arrangements and a great tv lounge. We even had air con in our room!!

I'm satisfied with this hostel. The room is rather clean. They serve breakfast even if the room charge is so cheap. The location is very nice, very near to the beach. The access from the airport to this hostel is very easy. The receptionists are so kind and helpful. My only complaint is that the breakfast hour is a little bit short and late. The breakfast hour is from 9 to 10. I hope it will be from 7 to 10.

First impression was not that great, hostel was situated on a paralell street to waikiki beach, about 300m from the beach. Stayed in a mixed dorm which was not that clean when i came there, there was a lot of beer bottles and sand in the rooms which didn't make a perfect first impression. The apartment had AC, in one of the roooms, which didnt really keep my room cold. The beds were fairly comfortable but a bit short, if you are over 6.3 you should go for a bottom bed which allows you to fit in better. Every room has a it's own shower, toilet, stove, fridge and microwave, which is very convinient. There is a lounge where people meet up in the evening to hang out. Usually a group of people forms that go out together to party. The hostel is perfectly situated in the middle of waikiki with walking distance to everything. This is a perfect place for young people wanting to meet others and enjoy all that hawaii can offer. The breakfast however is a joke, just toast, tea and coffee.

Im a single 49 year old women. I have been to Hawaii before and heard people talking on the bus how they were staying at a Hostel. I thought to check it. Not only did I save money and truely enjoyed myself. The location was perfect. Close to best part of the beach, Stores and bus lines. I look forward to staying at the Hostel again.

This is a nice hostel situated 1 road back from the beach (not quite beachside) I stayed in a mixed dorm that had 6 beds in, split into 2 rooms. the room was nice, a good size with a bathroom, kitchen facilities, TV and balcony. The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. Downstairs is a common room with large TV's with numerous channels. The only downside was that you had to leave the common room at 10pm. The common room is a good place to make friends and toast is available every morning from 9 till 10am. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who is going to Waikiki alone and wants value for money.

Everything was excellent. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with private bathroom and kitchen, fan and telephone. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location- literally a stone's throw away from Waikiki Beach and a great variety of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was generous.
