Edi Sea View Rooms Located in Old Town Dubrovnik, Edi is the ONLY one in this area with a Sea View from the rooms, as you can see from the photos on Pile beach. Also, the house is located right on the beach 50 meters from the old town.

Description - Guesthouse

WELCOME TO DUBROVNIK. ROOMS EDI are located in a beautiful guest house located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town) 50 meters from the historic city center of Dubrovnik. Our guest house is recently renovated and everything inside is new. It is decorated in traditional Dubrovnik style. Edi's Sea View Rooms are located on the Pile Bay (George Bernard Shaw's favorite inspiration place), address u Pilama 7 just 50 meters from the old town entrance. The building in which the apartments are situated was built in the 17th century and gives plenty of different stories about the history of Dubrovnik.
We have 4 rooms in the house, 2 rooms have amazing sea view, you can almost jump from your window in to the ocean, and
other 2 rooms have private bathroom inside the room no sea view but the view is back to the Hilton hotel and hill Srdj also very nice. Please keep in minds that the sea view rooms are on request so please always contact the owner who will if there is available always give you the sea view room. Guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that's why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us. Friendly owner Edi (they call him walking travel agent) will always help you with anything you want. Guest house is just 50 m from the beach, grocery store, internet cafe, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars. And we are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house. The city center of Dubrovnik is a place were you can have anything you want from vacation, fun, culture , beautiful nature and romantic touch. Please note that payment on arrival is in cash.

Guesthouse is located right on the beach on the Pile Bay just 50 meters from the old town and 50 meters from the Hilton hotel.
Great house right on the beach and Edi is the only one in this area with the sea view from the rooms, just like on the photos as you can see. Food market, 20 meters, beach 20 meters, old town 50 meters, local bust station 50 meters,
they call this place Edi's Sea View Rooms are in the near from everything.

We are on the Pile beach(OLD TOWN)The nearest bus stop is Pile bus stop, which is located on the Pile gate(one of entrance of Old Town). Pile bus stop is just 1 min walking from our guest house.

We are located on the famous Pile beach only 50 m from Stradun-Placa(historical main street).

There are buses and taxi who are taking you all the way to the Old town, at the Pile- Gate just 50 m from our house, which is located just 20 m from the only one Croatia Airlines office in Dubrovnik which is 30 m from the old town .
