Should you be forced to cancel a reservation for any reason and at any moment after the booking
confirmation, the following is our cancellation policy, to be accepted at the reservation time:
Up to 20 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 20% of the total amount.
From 19 to 7 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 30% of the total
amount.
Less than 7 days from the beginning of your reservation you have to pay the 50% of the total
amount .
Our company reserves the right, after the booking confirmation, in the case of major problem,
resulting in the property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of
similar/better standard and sleeping capacity. We will contact you immediately and offer you an

For no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
It is not possible to delete your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as
"PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
