Nice Budget Hostel in Krakow ... The reception staff were really friendly and our twin room was spacious. The room had great heating and much needed in -c temperatures. We walked everywhere, no taxi needed. This was both our first time in Krakow and we do not have any complaints what so ever. ...

“Hostel u Kmity” is located in the historic centre of Krakow, on the famous in the whole world Floriańska Street. Just 100 metres from the square Rynek-Główny and St. Mary's Church. You will spend time in the house, which was built in the XIV century for the ancient Polish family Kmita. As in the heart of Krakow is always noisy, we offer you a comfortable patio with two large terraces.

The rooms are simply furnished and stylish. The interior of each of them is designed in its own colours. It offers rooms with basic amenities and shared bathroom. We have the best ratio of price and quality in Krakow.

How to get there

Hostel u Kmity is located at the very center of Krakow, on 13 Florianska Street, just 1 minute away from the Market Square, and 5 minutes away from the Main Train Station.
How to get to Hostel u Kmity:
From Main Train/Bus Station:

Right from the platforms, go to the underground station (Tunnel), and go right, to the Krakowska Galeria - a large shopping mall (you can enter this shopping center directly from the underground station). After entering the Krakowska Galeria, go left and head to the end of the passage. Take an escalator one level up to the shopping center exit. After exiting shopping mall, go straight across towards the underground walkway. Go through the walkway and direct yourself gently to the right towards the park. On your right side you will see fragments of old city wall. Go along the old city wall until you reach Florianska Gate - an old gate in the city wall. Go through this gate and find yourself on the Florianska Street. Go straight towards the Market Square. On your left side, about 200m away from Market Square you will find a buliding - an address Florianska 13 (you see sign of PUB VIVA LA PINTA). Enter this buliding, and go to the backyard. On the left you should find a stairwell. Take the stairwell up, and now you are at the Hostel u Kmity.

From The Airport

Exit the airport terminal, and go to the train station. Take the train to Krakow city center. Once you reach the Main Train Station follow the directions described above.
