By AeroBus price 3. 50 euros per person. AeroBus Line 1 (city center). Stop at Restauradores and take Elevador da Glória
(price 1. 50 euros per person) all the way up to Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. Right there you will find The Independente.

From Sete Rios Bus Station:
By Taxi average price 10 euros |
By Subway price 2 euros per person
Enter at Jardim Zoológico (blue line), direction Santa Apolónia). Stop at Baixa-Chiado and choose the Largo do Chiado exit. You can walk to the hostel, just go up by Rua da Misericórdia until you find Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. It’s550m, 4m walk. Right there you will find The Independente.

From Santa Apolónia Train Station:
By Taxi average price 8 euros |
By Subway price 2 euros per person
Enter at Santa Apolónia (blue line), direction Amadora Este. Stop at Baixa-Chiado and choose the Largo do Chiado exit. You can walk to the hostel, just go up by Rua da Misericórdia until you find Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara. It’s 550m,
4m walk. Right there you will find The Independente.

From Oriente Train Station:
By Taxi average price 15 euros |
By Subway 3. 50 euros per person)Enter at Oriente(red line), direction S. Sebastião and go all the way to S. Sebastião.
Step out and change to the blue line (direction Santa Apolónia). Stop at Baixa-Chiado and choose the Largo do Chiado exit. You can walk to the hostel, just go up by Rua
