| Comments (English): I would like to share our experienced last May 27, this year were in a group when we decided to experience the ambiance of the hotel.When we arrived the two girls girl one ( the curly hair and the supervisor of the hotel and also a relative of the owner) and girl two ( the younger she might be 5'3-5'4 in height) then our group asked the amenities of the hotel..we ordered foods from them till 8 pm and we tried their infinity pool. To make the story short, after paying our bills the manager of the Assumption Garden asked the girl two if the pool is free of charge or not...and the girl one came in a SARCASTIC MANNER..unsa to mam? ang ligo sa pool way bayad? ( what did you say ma'am the pool is free of charge? no! there's no free in here..the owner will get angry to us.) We understand her in the first place..BUT..she could explained to us in a nice way in a soft voice...we knew that there were miscommunication/misunderstanding between her and my grop hotel had no suggestion box. the ambience in all fairness is okay. To the OWNER of the hotel JAIMEES..please orient your attendants to be customer friendly...as they say,CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT...that curly hair girl should not be involved in your hotel or it might send her in a training. I am from Maasin City and I'm proud to have such hotel that invites tourist and customers to get in..But I am/we were quite disappointed with the attitude shown by the girl towards us...
