I booked Queens Valley Hotel from 29 jan to 31 jan, two room. but I could not go luxor because of EGYPT's demonstration. It is not my fault. Can I refund deposit?

Comments (English):
On the first day at arrival, they informed us that our room was double booked and we have to find a hotel for the last night of our stay. However, when I showed the copy of this booking site, the problem was solved. I recommend to bring your hard copy of your booking. Also, I found the shortage of toilet paper eveywhere not only at the hotel, but also in public. I also recommend to bring extra toilet papers on your own.

THE HOTEL is worth visiting, was nice and clean, staff friendly, swimming pool was nice on roof, good for base for a few days, cant complain at the cheap price online for this hotel
