Comments  (English):
The hotel (even if it looks more like a hostel than a hotel) didn't provide any towels and the bed linen was dirty and with hair on it!
My room was extremely tiny (much smaller than the one I paid for), dark, noisy (only two steps from the entrance door), humid and with a very bad smell, since the only window of the room opened onto a light shaft.
I tried to ask for another room but couldn't find anybody, because this hotel has no reception, so every time you need something you have to call the manager by phone. Unfortunately nobody of the staff seems to speak or understand English, so when I called Mrs. Laura, she couldn't understand a single word of what I said at the phone and was eventually rude and unfriendly, a bit aggressive.
There were only two bathrooms per floor, with lots of guests sharing these two bathrooms, which proved too few when the hotel is at capacity.
Last but not least, the shared shower had no hot water!
It was like a nightmare, I definitely wouldn't recommend it!
