this was a good place to stay.
two negativish things first - we booked online but when we got there they told us it was an old promotional price from the previous year. but to their credit they honoured this and let us stay at the reduced price.
the second negative but kind of also a provitive is the location although central is the opposite end of the inner city to most of the other popular hotels. this was no problem when booking trips etc everyone knew where it was.
I really enjoyed my stay the staff were very friendly and there was free internet and a kitchen serving good food. if i was in chiang mai again i would stay here again

The hotel has quite weak system of reservation. The confirmation of reservation was sent one day after arrival, so it's useless. Anyway, as the hotel didn't acknowledge my seservation and no room I booked availabe at the time of arrival, the staff compensated by giving an upgrade room with no additional charge. This is a compliment.
