Comments  (English):
Staff speaks some limited English, some incomprehensible (even for a Vietnamese!) Vietnamese, and some excellent Vietnamese.

Partly rude in a way you'd expect only in Saigon/HCM. 'Free internet' mostly out of order. (Excellent wifi cafe just across the street). Don't expect clean towels every day and don't expect trash to be removed unless you ask for it.

Expect laundry to be ready one day after promised day. 'Breakfast' is one baquette and tea/insyant coffee. (Excellent noodle soup (Hanoi style) around the corner).

In my experience (20 times in Viet Nam) you can find better accommodation within a 1 km radius.

Personne n'est venu nous chercher a l'aeroport alors que c'etait convenu
ils ont ajouter 10% de taxes au prix convenu
ils nous ont applique un change dong dollar defavorable
le petit dejeuner est servi dans une salle poussiereuse sans fenetres
selon moi cette adresse est a deconseiller
